It’s been said, “Discipline is the bridge between what we are praying for and the answer to that prayer.” We often misinterpret the difficulties we’re facing thinking God’s not answering our prayer… but He is. He’s a good Father and is faithful to provide the loving discipline we need.
As we spotlight Second Kings chapter eight, we discover that God not only disciplines those He loves, but does so that we would live in a close dependent relationship with Him.
