God is love the Bible says. It also says the fruit of the Spirit is love. So it’s no surprise that First Corinthians chapter fourteen encourages us to pursue love and desire spiritual gifts - especially the gift of prophecy. Some shy away from the gifts of tongues and prophecy because of what they have seen or heard about them. Others don’t know if they are still for today or were they meant only for the early Church? Today on According to the Scriptures we’re looking at Tongues and Prophecy in the church, and their proper use.
