The Christian College Conundrum - The Concordia Story - Closing Doors Friday, February 21, 2020
Where do you start on this one? Concordia Portland is closing its doors. The administration was more progressive (“regressive”) than the oversight board. The student body was more progressive (“regressive”) than the administration, and the whole thing sort of blew up. Add to this the financial pressures, Title IX funding requirements, the faith retrograde in general, and it’s hard to believe these institutions could ever survive. Once again, we encourage an examination of the foundations of a philosophy built upon human reason. The allowance of a square inch of autonomy, hard-wired into the epistemology of the Christian institution, will be its demise, always.  This program includes:  1. The World View in 5 Minutes with Adam McManus (Warren attacks Bloomberg, Massive church growth in Asia & Africa, God spared life of NASCAR driver) 2. Generations with Kevin Swanson
