The resurrection is essential to the gospel message. If Jesus didn't rise from the dead then His death to pay for sin was meaningless. But the empty tomb is God's receipt declaring that the debt of sin was paid in full! So, the resurrection is essential, but is it true? I'm happy to report it is!
