Bible certainly reveals to us that our God is a God of sovereignty, that he is ruler over all. We call him Lord and Master because he is the master of the universe. He is the king over all creation. Nothing exists that God did not create, and nothing exists that God ultimately does not rule over. But we need to understand His sovereignty properly, and that's why we're going to take out our Bibles now and look to the book of Proverbs and chapter 21
