The people of the prophet Amos’s time were living in luxury while oppressing the poor, caught up in various evil practices as described in Amos Chapters 3 through 5. And though much of God’s message through Amos was dismissed by the people, Pastor Brett Meador wants us to consider in Today’s Word, God’s loving correction as we find ourselves living in similar godless ways.
