We will see two very practical applications to the Lord’s sayings on the Cross and glean some purpose for ourselves. There is a lot to be said just by being in position, present! If John was not where Jesus was when He hung on the cross, he would have missed a divine directive. When we are not around what God is doing, we miss, or could miss God’s actions and directions. There is much to be said for simply being ‘PRESENT.’
