When Good reveals the Problem - Romans 7:13-17

Paul the Apostle explains that God’s good Law is not the cause of death—sin is. The Law simply brings sin into the light, revealing how deeply it has affected the human heart. Paul describes the frustrating inner struggle many believers recognize: wanting to do what is right but finding themselves doing the very things they hate. This passage reminds us that the conflict within us exposes the seriousness of sin and our need for rescue. Ultimately, Romans 7 points us toward the hope found in Jesus Christ, who delivers us from the power of sin that we cannot overcome on our own.
